Wendy Weant

Wendy Weant (Ida Strauss) is delighted to be performing with Lee Street Theatre in Titanic the Musical, especially playing opposite her real life husband Drew Weant (Isador Strauss). LST productions include Disenchanted (Rapunzel), 9 to 5 (Violet), Next to Normal (Diana), Little Women (Aunt March). At Piedmont Players: The Music Man (Mrs.Paroo), Sweeney Todd (Beggar Woman), Nana’s Naughty Knickers (Sylvia), A Christmas Carol (Scrooge), Ragtime (Mother), Chicago, Cats, Cabaret (Fr. Schneider), Mama Mia (Tanya) . Highlights from her earlier professional career: National Tour Annie Get Your Gun, Christmas Spectacular Radio City Music Hall (7 years). Wendy is currently financial advisor/owner of Insight Financial Partners, and proud and grateful mom of Ginny, Katie and Bobby. To Drew, my loving husband, Still and forever.
